RevolveDesign is hosting its first Sustainable Product Design Competition for undergraduate and graduate student teams. The purpose of this competition is to increase awareness of sustainable design by educating students about the external costs of most modern consumer products. This will be achieved by recruiting student teams across major universities nationwide to create a product which is environmentally neutral or restorative and financially feasible to produce. Winners of the Sustainable Product Design Competition will receive a cash prize and the opportunity to have their product manufactured and sold by a world renown consumer products company.
